Please arrive 10 minutes before departure time.
⚠️ Anyone not present at the start time must move on to the next starting point. This also applies to couples, families and groups. Please contact the agency for confirmation beforehand.
🪪 Required documents :
- Valid identity card for each participant (including children and babies).
- ⚠️ SIS or ISI cards are not valid.
- Your booking confirmation.
- Any participant without identification will be refused access to the bus.
🧳 Suitcases:
- For 1 or 2 nights: 1 trolley suitcase maximum (55 x 35 x 25 cm, including handles and wheels).
- For 3 nights or more: max. dimensions 70 cm (H) x 45 cm (W).
- 1 piece of luggage per person maximum.
Over-sized suitcases or extra luggage (backpacks, fridge boxes, etc.) may be refused by the driver.
- Only cane strollers are allowed.
- For children under 4: car seat or maxi-cosi compulsory (not supplied).
🚻 Toilets on board :
The toilets on the coach are back-up toilets. Please use public toilets during stops. Our drivers cannot empty tanks outside the designated areas.
