OUR PRICE INCLUDES :

• Accommodation as planned from day¹ to day ¹³, the last night being on the plane.
  • 4 nights at Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando or similar (near Sea World) with breakfast.
  • 3 nights in Miami: Holiday Inn in Downtown or similar with breakfast.
  • 5 nights at the Resort All Stars or similar.
• Entrance to the following parks:
  • SeaWorld (basic admission 1 day)
  • Universal Studio (1 day/1 park)
  • Walt Disney World (2 days/1 park) - Choice of one of the 4 theme parks
• Hovercraft ride in the Everglades
• Round-trip air travel with one piece of hand luggage weighing 8kg and one piece of hold luggage weighing 18kg (up to a maximum of €900), beyond which a supplement will be charged.
• Transfer between locations to know :
  • Airport to hotel in Orlando.
  • Orlando hotel near Sea World, Universal and Disney Springs.
  • Disney Springs to hotel in Miami.
  • From hotel in Miami to Orlando (Disney Resort).
  • (Disney Resort) to airport.

• Esta file: €40 (payment included) - Mandatory for the USA, but you can do it yourself.

NOT INCLUDED :

• Line cutters for Universal (you'll have to pick them up yourself).
• Cancellation insurance (highly recommended).
• Liability insurance (assistance and travel - highly recommended).
• Meals on site other than those listed above.
• Personal expenses.

Price: €3,850 per person based on 2 adults in room

Single supplement: €1,200
Reduction for 3rd person in room: €515
Reduction for 4th person in room: €850

Please note: double beds may be 1.30 meters wide. Please take this into account if you are sharing a room with 4 people.

The exchange rate is fixed at 1 EUR = 1.09 USD, any fluctuation of more or less than 10% will have an impact on the price (Exchange rate on 15/03/2024).

TERMS OF PAYMENT

If booked more than 10 months before departure: 15% deposit within 7 days of booking, 15% deposit 10 months before departure, 15% deposit 6 months before departure and balance 6 weeks before departure. Payments can be made in monthly instalments.
Payment by bank transfer, credit card at the office or Paypal on request.

If the booking is made less than 10 months before departure but more than 6 months before the trip: 30% deposit within 7 days of booking, 15% deposit 6 months before departure and the balance 6 weeks before the trip. Payments can be made in monthly instalments.
Payment by bank transfer, credit card at the office or Paypal on request.

If booked less than 6 months before departure: 45% deposit within 7 days of booking, balance 6 weeks before travel.

If booked less than 2 months and weeks before the trip: full payment on booking. Payment by bank transfer, credit card at the office or Paypal on request.
