Program
Day 1
Reims - arrival late morning, free lunch, afternoon at leisure (Notre-Dame Cathedral, historic center, Art Deco facades). At the end of the day, drive to Épernay, check-in at the Ibis. Free lunch.
Day 2
Épernay - stroll along the Avenue de Champagne. Visit to a Champagne house (Mercier or equivalent) with tasting. Lunch on your own. Late afternoon departure for Belgium.

What's included
- Return coach transport from our departure points.
- 1 night at theIbis Épernay in a selected room (double/twin), breakfast included.

- Tourist taxes / VAT at the time of writing.

- Meals and drinks not mentioned.
- Personal expenses.
- Optional activities/supplements on site.
Terms of payment
- Acompte de 30 % à régler dans les 5 jours calendrier suivant la réservation.
- Balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks before departure.
- Staggered payments possible for trips > 90 days (while respecting the due date of the deposit and balance).
- Payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, cash in the office by appointment, Bancontact in the office. Credit card payment via secure link on request.
- Legal cash limit: €3,000 maximum (Belgian law).
- Reservation confirmed on receipt of deposit and all necessary information (identity of participants, contact details, type of room, point of departure, etc.).
Conditions
- Program and timetable subject to adjustment according to local conditions (traffic, roadworks, contractor requirements).
- The cellar tour is scheduled to take place at Mercier or an equivalent establishment, subject to availability; content and duration depend on the service provider.
- Rooms on a half-double basis (one double bed or two separate beds, depending on your choice at the time of booking). Single supplement if occupied by 1 person.
- Valid identity documents required for each participant. Non-EU travelers resident in Belgium should check their entry/stay conditions in advance.
- Our trips are sold as a package: freedom on site (no guiding service), Funny Tours assistance at key points.
- Funny Tours General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply (cancellations, modifications, assignment of contract, liability). In the event of discrepancies, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
